We offer only seller/buyer agency and will not act as a dual agent. When you utilize our real estate sales service, we represent only you as the seller and act for your best interest.

We can use a regular listing, sealed bid method, private auction, or public auction to sell your property. We recommend the method that we believe will achieve the best results for you given the type of property and the market conditions at the time. You, of course, have the final decision on how the property is sold.

We offer an extensive advertising program for our sales clients. Our program includes local and regional newspaper ads, direct mail to all local residents, property signs, and personal contacts. We maintain an extensive file of prospective buyers and have working arrangements with many other real estate sales firms. We pay for all advertising.

We do not have very many farms for sale at any given time, but have been very successful in selling the farms we offer for sale. We will be glad to discuss how we would recommend marketing your land at any time.

If you have an interest in acquiring farmland we can be of assistance to you. We offer a buyer's agency relationship in which we represent only you as the buyer and act in your best interest. We can find land that meets your purchase requirements, and can provide an analysis of the income potential of the property.
