dick L. Coffman
Dick Coffman, owner and president of Coffman Farm Agency, was raised on a farm in central Nebraska. He graduated with honors from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics. He also earned a Master’s degree with honors in agricultural economics from Iowa State University.
Dick was a farm manager and rural appraiser with First National Bank in Sioux City for eight years before opening Coffman Farm Agency in 1983. In 2000, Dick purchased Hatfield Farm Management Company from T. Wayne Tilton and moved his office from Hinton to Sioux City. Hatfield Farm Management Company (formerly Gilman Agency) had been located in Sioux City since 1875. Dick is a licensed real state broker in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota. He is also a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
Jason D. Woods
Jason Woods was raised on a farm in south central Nebraska. He graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001 and joined Coffman Farm Agency in June of that year. His Bachelor of Science degree is in agronomy with an agricultural business emphasis. Jason is a licensed broker associate in Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota, and is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
Mike was born and raised on a farm near Ireton, Iowa and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from South Dakota State University. Prior to joining Coffman Farm Agency in June of 2008, he spent nine years as an agronomist for the Farmer’s Coop in Oyens. He is a Certified Crop Adviser and is a licensed real estate salesman in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.
Gary Walters was raised on a farm near Mason City, Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agronomy in 1978. Gary worked for the USDA Soil Conservation Service from 1978-1983. He then became farm manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Sioux City, a position he held for 30 years. He then retired from the bank and affiliated with Coffman Farm Agency to continue to serve the farm management needs of many of his long time clients. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Iowa and Nebraska and also farms 650 acres in Woodbury County.
